Educational purpose
MedLab Academy is an independent study resource for medical laboratory science. It supports learning and revision. It does not provide a professional qualification, continuing-education credit, clinical authorization or a guaranteed examination result.
Using the material
Examples illustrate scientific reasoning. Reference intervals, methods, regulations and examination requirements can vary or change. Clinical work requires current guidance, validated local procedures, appropriate supervision and professional judgment.
Your free learner account
Creating an account is free. Visitors can try the free lesson and interactive activity. Signing in with ChatGPT links saved notes, playback positions and lesson completion to that learner’s account. Use the same sign-in whenever you return.
Full-course purchases
One payment unlocks all 35 lessons, captions, transcripts and practice activities for your personal account. There is no recurring subscription. Access continues while MedLab Academy offers this course edition. Course access cannot be shared or resold.
Sign in before checkout. Course access belongs to the account used to begin the purchase, even if a different billing email is entered. Access opens only after the payment provider confirms a successful payment. A payment confirmation page or receipt screenshot alone does not grant access.
When new purchases are paused, existing paid learners retain access. Keep your sign-in secure and do not share accounts, redistribute videos or questions, or resell learning materials.
Refunds
If this course is not right for you, contact support within 5 days of purchase to request a refund. Include your receipt number and learner account email. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy. A refunded purchase no longer provides full-course access. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
A refund ends full-course access associated with that purchase. A separate, unrefunded purchase continues to provide access. Refund processing times are determined by the payment provider and the payment method used.
Payments and receipts
Lemon Squeezy processes purchases and provides receipts. MedLab Academy does not receive card numbers. Review the final price and the provider’s terms at checkout. Receipts are available through your account after a confirmed purchase.
Support
Include your learner account email and receipt number when contacting support. Never send a card number, password or confidential patient information.
